| Movies | I hope Eddie Long is innocent, but he nonetheless inspired me to delve deeper into the dark underbelly of sinning televangelists. My favorite has gotta be Marjoe. Dude realized the gig was up, turned himself in, and won the 1972 Oscar for best documentaryget it from Netflix
or just watch it on the internet the movie ain’t really all that funny. The premise is hilarious and it certainly has its moments, but mostly you just feel sorrow and empathy for the old ladies and rubes being swindled out of what lil’ money they have. Gotta respect dude for his honesty though. And he is giving the people their money’s worth after you’ve watched the movie and given yourself a few minutes, read this article hating homosexuals and date raping teenage boys you’ve lured to exotic locales is quite another sin altogether. I hope Eddie Long is innocent, but regardless of whatever happened with all them dudes who keep bringing charges against him, his entertainment value is legit and he has been a very positive influence on the lives of many influenced many, and maybe “touched” a few. HA HA HA HA HA |
